Irina offers comprehensive guidance for high school seniors. From brainstorming personal statements to final school selection, Irina serves as an end-to-end consultant, supporting students throughout the entire application process.
Interest Development Coaching
Great for all high schoolers. This service is already built-in for 12th graders going through the college application process, although Irina recommends students start as early as the 9th grade.
Inspired by methods from Stanford’s Life Design Lab and the Co-Active Training Institute, students will not just think their way forward but build their way forward. It’s a fun and practical method of interest exploration and personal development. The essence of this method is to be curious, try stuff, and embrace the messiness, just like how designers try out different prototypes.
Structure & Organization
When students and parents are feeling pulled in different directions, having an organized counselor can make all the difference. Irina provides the following support when working with students:

Summary emails post meeting with action items
Personalized monthly plans
